CENTRE OF ATTENTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We cover South Wales and Berkshire area.

Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius. Any mileage over this distance will be charged at £0.60p/mile.

Generaly items will be hired out for a three day period they will be delivered or collected the day before the event and returned the day after.

A 25 % re-fundable deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.

Deposits are re-fundable up to 6 months before the wedding.

If cancellation occurs after the 6 month lead up time the deposit will not be refundable.

Payment will be made in full at least two weeks before the confirmed date.

The deposit includes an insurance fee; if items are not returned in original condition the 25% or £100, whichever is greater, will be kept to replace the item(s).

If we are delivering to the function venue then the venue must be notified that we will be arriving.

We require reasonable access to the contracted venue and location in which we have been asked to set up if required.

If access is unreasonable or blocked then we take no responsibility for delays in set up and performance times and may charge extra for the additional time due to not being able to gain appropriate access as required.

We will make every effort to ensure all services are provided as scheduled but do not accept any liability for late delivery under circumstances beyond our control such as flooding, fire, breakdown of transport, road blocks, sickness or civil unrest. However we will endeavour to supply a suitable and acceptable replacement.
